Question: Can I block another user (block the access to my profile) ?

Yes you can!

For whatever reason you wish, to block another user from accessing your profile, log into your account:

Open the profile page of the user you wish to block.

On the profile page, you will see in the menu 'BLOCK USER'.

Simply click on 'Block user' right ON THIS TAB and the user will automatically be blocked from getting to your profile.

You can consult a list of the users you have blocked in 'Edit Profile' below your username on the top right of the page.

Select the 'Block List' tab to consult this list.

To unblock a blocked user, there are two ways to do it ; consult your block list and simply click 'Unblock User' next to the user you wish to unblock or go to the user's profile and press on 'Unblock User' in the 'MENU' section.

Sure you can!

Simply log into your account:

Click on 'YourUsername' on top of the page and press the 'Edit Profile' below your username and select the 'Preferences' tab; this is where you can update your preferences.

In the 'PRIVACY SETTINGS' section, select between Public, Only Friends, and Only Me for each sections of your profile.

Select Public, if you want it to be seen by everyone.

Select Only Friends, if you want to be seen by your friends only.

Select Only Me, if you want it open to be seen by you only.

Question: Where can I find my transactions history?

To access your transactions history, log into your account.

Click on the 'Cashier' tab.

Under this tab, you will see a button named 'Transaction History' ; click on it.

It will bring you to your transaction history page.

On this page, it shows you numerically : the number of transactions you made, the total amount of money you have deposited and withdrawn, hand details, your current balance.

Use the calendar to check the transactions you have made between certain periods of time.

Click on the starting and ending date of the period of time you are searching for and press on 'Search by date!'.

All the transactions you made in this period will then appear in the list below.

Question: I want to add or change my profile picture, what is allowed as a picture and how do I do this?

To change or add a profile picture, log into your account and below your username, click on 'EDIT PROFILE' and 'PROFILE PICTURE' tab, or simply go in your profile page and click on your profile picture it will redirect on the good section.

Choose a file and upload the photo you wish.

You can also crop the photo and save it.

If you still see the old photo and if you can not see your new picture you added, clean your temporary internet files and refresh your page.

We reserves the right to remove any pictures deemed offensive or abusive linked to your profile, photo album or video and will be automatically deleted by one of our moderators.
